In order to participate you need to have a just5

phone, you need to film yourself, or anyone

from your family using it (calling, texting, using

FM-Radio) and upload your video to the

contest Youtube page.

Once the video is uploaded and approved –

the video will be judged by an established

panel of Just5 judges – the video will be

graded on creativity, overall messaging about

Just5, and the video we feel gives the best

feel for our brand.

Short Rules:

1. Videos should be between 1.5-2.5 minutes long.

2. No foul language, obscenities, provocative content, or suggestive content will be submitted to the contest.

3. No trademarks, brands, or logos of other companies can be present in the video.

4. Please tell why you love your Just5 phone, be as creative as possible and feel free to use multiple themes, pictures of the community, your family, ECT.

5. There are no limits to entry of videos to the contest.

6. All content submitted in the social video contest will become property of Just5 and videos will not be returned – also Just5 will have the right to use any and all footage

in any chosen promotion that they choose to use the content in – by submitting the video you are waiving your right to the content to Just5.

7. First (10) submitted videos will be awarded a $10 Starbucks gift card, these videos will still be able to win the grand prize and any other prize if chosen as a winner in

January. These (10) winners will be announced upon the receipt of the first 10 entries.

8. Only entries received by the deadline of the contest will be considered for prizes.

9. Prizes will be selected by a panel of Just5 judges.

10. No Just5 employee will be eligible for the contest – they can submit their videos but no prizes will be awarded to these individuals.
