Prior to founding Orbita Telecom and Just5, Nikolaev held senior management roles with "Mobitel", an exclusive distributor for Megafon, Russia’s largest network carrier, and an exclusive distributor for Motorola in Russia as well. Nikolaev played a key role in development of the first mobile network in Krasnodar State, Russia.
Nikolaev received a Bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics from Moscow State University.
Michael Spektor joined Orbita Telecom in 2008 to head its Just5 U.S.-based business, and is responsible for its overall leadership and direction. In his role as President of Just5 Americas, Spektor oversees day-to-day marketing, business development, customer support, and financial operations.
Prior to Just5, Spektor co-owned and was chief executive officer for a private wireless consulting company that served the Moscow Region’s market. He has also held senior product management roles for the Russian country operations of Samsung Electronics. Spektor received a Bachelor’s degree in economics and Masters of Arts degree in marketing (both with honors) from Moscow State University.
Alex Petrov joined Just5 in 2009 as vice president of operations where he manages day-to-day operations for the company’s U.S.-based business. In his role, he oversees product distribution; customer support; marketing, including competitive analysis and business development; and marketing communications, including all public relations, event marketing, and direct marketing functions.
Petrov received a Bachelor’s degree in economics and corporate management from Ural State Technical University.
Dmitry Maceralik joined Orbita Telecom in 2008 as chief financial officer of its Just5 European business, and is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations, providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts of the company.
Prior to Just5, Maceralik was general manager of AMD Development ltd, a regional wholesaler of cell phones in Europe, and general manager of HansaBau GmbH. Prior to these positions, Maceralik held senior management roles at INTECO Asset Management, GE Money Bank in Latvia, and Paritate Bank in Latvia. Maceralik received a Master's degree in Banking and Economics from Banking Highshool in Latvia.
Prior to Just5, Yakushonok was CEO of Amd Development ltd, a regional wholesaler of cell phones in Europe, and CEO of Telecom Discount ltd, an MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) provider of IP telephony and mobile SIM cards for airBalticcard Mobile. Prior to these positions, Yakushonok held senior management roles in interbanking communications for both Paritate Bank and Capital Bank.
Yakushonok received a Bachelor’s degree in Economy from R?ga Stradi?? University in Riga, Latvia.
